Privacy notice
Your enquiry information
This notice explains the limited information collected through the AbleSignal audit request form. It was last updated on 15 September 2026.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Muhammad Rafi, trading as AbleSignal. Contact hello@ablesignal.co.uk about this notice or your information.
What we collect
Your name, email address, organisation, website address and the message you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, take steps towards a service contract at your request and maintain necessary business records. We do not start an audit merely because a URL was submitted. We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions or profiling.
Our lawful basis
We process an enquiry because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Where no contract follows, our legitimate interest is responding to and keeping a limited record of genuine business enquiries.
Service providers
We do not sell enquiry data. Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiry information in its D1 database. IONOS provides our business email. These providers process information under their service terms. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and IONOS's privacy policy for their processing practices.
Website measurements
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and website performance. Its beacon sends page and performance measurements to Cloudflare without using analytics cookies. We do not send the contents of enquiry forms to this analytics service.
Bot protection
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether a request is genuine. Cloudflare processes browser and challenge information for this check. Our server verifies the challenge response before storing an enquiry. See the Turnstile privacy addendum for details.
Retention
We retain an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact when no customer relationship follows. Contract, invoice and related records may be kept longer where tax or legal record-keeping requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on your personal information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to exercise a right.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can address your concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
